it's supposed to snow like 13 inches here tommorrow. to pre-game,
we went to the store tonight to get it done. It was almost as if
I were in florida again for hurricane season. the vegetables were
picked bare, all the canned goods were gone. crazy insane madness.

while waiting for lines to open up at wholefoods I had a lengthy
conversation with one of the employees about the decided lack of
lazy vegan prepared foods or quality of frozen foods. everything
costs a million dollars and tastes like processed sawdust.

we got to talking about cooking and I told him about the DIY fake
cheese I've been making. he was really curious so we exchanged
email addresses. Turns out he lives in philly, so we're going to
have a recipe exchange. Cooking friends, Huzzah!
