the best part about thanksgiving is the leftovers. I woke up this
morning and ate mashed potatoes and stuffing. Awwwwyeah. |

VEGAN THANKSGINVING '09
Main course:
- Field Roast Grain Meat stuffed with
butternut squash, apple, & mushroom
- served with sweet potato fillets
Sides:
- Sauteed greenbeans & snow-peas
- Sweet potato mash
- Cheesy mashed potatos
- Homeade Pumpernickel stuffing
- Butternut Squash Bisque
- jellied cranberries
Desert:
- Pumpkin Pie
- Chocolate rice crispy treats
- keylime pie (which exploded in the oven). it will be
re-purposed as some.. other kind of desert. of some kind.
yeah.
